I wanna learn to use the photoshop using internet..
Any suggestions of websites??

and my favorite http://effectica.com/forumdisplay.php?f=103
i would suggest looking around that site. they have lot’s of tut’s and are willing to help you. they even offer stuff you can’t find, stuff they have made themselves "textures, radial’s, thing’s if that nature", and allow registered member’s to download. when you have time click the forum button up top have a look at what they offer. when looking about forum, if you do, some user will upload brush’s or whatever special thing they made for photoshop as an attatchment instead of being in the download section.
How can I a downloaded font to photoshop?
I want to download some good fonts, and I know how to do that and unzip them and all, but I don’t know how to actually get them into my font on Photoshop Elements 7. How complicated is it? Is there an easy way to learn, or can someone just explain it to me?? Thanks!!!
It’s not hard to install fonts but how it’s done depends on what operating system you have. For Vista: Unzip the downloaded folder, double click on the unzipped folder, right click on the file with the big TT on it and click on "Install". Done.
For XP there are a couple of ways to do it. The easiest is Start>Control Panel>Fonts then click on File at the top of the Fonts window then Install New Font. Now, it gets a little confusing because you have to find the folder with the font in it using the little window on the bottom, left side. If the new font is on the Desktop: Double click the C:\ at the top of the list to show the main folders on the hard disk. Scroll down and double click on User. In the new list that appears underneath, double click on Owner and in the next little list double click on Desktop. Find your font’s folder, click it to open it, click on the file with the TT to highlight it and click on the Install button on the top right side.
Another way for XP: Open the unzipped folder, right click on the file with the big TT and click on Copy. You use Windows Explorer to put the new font file into the Windows Fonts Folder. Start>All Programs>Accessories>Windows Explorer When Explorer opens, scroll down to Computer and click on the little + to expand it (to show what’s inside). Click the little + next to C:. Scroll down to Windows and click its + then scroll down to fonts and double click it to open it. All the fonts will appear in the big area of the dialog. Right click in an empty place and click on Paste. (Make sure when you right click in an empty space that you don’t accidently highlight one of the fonts that’s already there.)
A third way: You can install a font without copying it first. Use Windows Explorer to open Windows Font folder, then you scroll back up the list and click on Desktop, open the new font’s folder, in Windows Explorer scroll back down to Window’s Font Folder (Don’t click on it) and then click and drag the file with the big TT right into Windowns Font Folder and release the mouse button.
There’s even a fourth way but these are enough choices for now;-) Do whatever one seems easiest for you. They’re all easier to do than to read about.
