Free Transform: Ctrl+T
Free Transform with duplicate Ctrl+Alt+T
for changing the colors:
Hue/Saturation Ctrl+U
click+clicking on each layer for mask it.

paste: Ctrl+V
cut:ctrl+X

I wanna make a photoshop picture where the person is sitting on top of the world. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial that will show me how to do that?

I dont think there is an actual tutorial on that. its more just a
process. start by cutting out the person. for people i usually use ‘extract’. here is a tutorial for that…

there are other methods to cutting it out, but i would use this one. next, drag your person onto the file with the world on it. then, make it as big or as small as you want and simply position in ontop of the world. hope this helps.

Just desaturate the colors a bit, and give it a cooler color tone with a curves adjustment.
