Photoshop CS5 Classes for a Teenager in the Bay Area.?

I am 14 years old and was wondering if there were any classes or lessons on Photoshop CS5 on which I could go too. Any suggestions?

Where can I find Photoshop lesson plans for beginners?

I will be doing some part time teaching for some "elderly" people wanting to learn photoshop. I know Photoshop well, but Im not sure how to begin with someone who does not know the program. Where can i find lesson plans for beginners on Photoshop? Links please.

I recommend the Classroom in a Book series, published by Adobe.

It begins with the most basic of Photoshop tools and features, and, through a series of projects, covers slightly more advanced featuers and effects.

I had that knockoff (photofiltre) and I really liked it, but I want the real thing that has more options and capabilities. I’m no expert by any means, but I am very good on photoshop. In a computer class at school, my teacher was out and we had a sub, and I pretty much taught the week’s lesson on photoshop. I really enjoy working with it, but I don’t know what kind I should get. I want the newest version, for sure, but I don’t want something that is insanely expensive. Thanks ahead of time!

The full Adobe Photoshop is insanely expensive!. I think the current version is CS5. I do believe there are concessions for students, however, which you may qualify for. Look at Adobe’s website. Alternatively, why not download The Gimp which is free and is nearly as fully featured as PS. If you want to stick with Adobe, there is Photoshop Elements, which is much more affordable.

I teach how you change a photo of a person into a Na’vi from Avatar, in this case, Jessica Alba. Hey, let me know what you think.

The reason why I chose to do another Navi tutorial is because so many people complained about the Angelina Jolie one. The eyes on Jessica Alba looked a little dopey, so I end up changing them at the very end of part 4, so be sure to watch this to the end.
