Learn some sweet swingin’ tricks for transforming objects in Photoshop and working with Type. We will start with nothing and create this cool gear and style it with a cool texture and make is almost look 3D! Then by placing a “floor” underneath the gear shape logo we give the illusion of 3D. Here again we have a video of one of the tutorials in the June-July 09 newsletter! Using Photoshop we will create a very editable Lomography effect also known as the “Lomo Effect”. Using Blend Modes and Adjustments Layers we achieve a pretty cool effect that can be used on all kinds of Photography! After creating the effect we will take a quick minute and create a simple action so we can test this effect out on a photo by simply clicking a button!
